Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment:
- Customers can cancel their order for any reason before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service.
- A full refund (after deducting payment gateway charges) will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days.
- After Shipment:
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy

- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Process:
- To request a refund for damaged or defective product, contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-4 business days. Refunds may take 3 additional business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
